Heather Kuzara, BSN, RN, CHSE

Heather is the Director of Education, Training, and Simulation at BAYADA Home Health Care. Her nursing career began in 2003 as a pediatric nurse in the medical surgical and pediatric cardiothoracic ICU settings. In 2005, she
transitioned out of the hospital and into the home, where she became a member of the BAYADA team. She began working as a high-tech field nurse with adult and pediatric home care clients. She transitioned into leading education in 2012 as a clinical educator, simulation director, and in her current role. While attending college, she enrolled in a Stress Management course, which provided her with valuable resources to recognize and manage stressors.

 

BAYADA Home Health Care is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
