Lesley Williams, MSN, RN,CTTS
Lesley is a mindfulness teacher and consultant. She attended professional training with Jon Kabat Zinn and has had extensive training through the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness. She offers a variety of mindfulness-based services in areas of stress management, substance abuse, health care, self-care and resiliency and behavioral change. Lesley is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and holds a senior adjunct faculty position in the Nursing Program at Montgomery County College.
BAYADA Home Health Care is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
