Learning Objectives
By the end of this educational activity the learner will be able to:
- discuss what stress is from a biological and social standpoint.
- discuss the fundamental differences between acute and chronic stress; and stress and stressors.
- identify the behavioral, emotional, and physical warning signs and symptoms of stress.
- identify ways to reduce stress

Olivia Falco, RN, BSN
Olivia Falco has been a nurse since Jan 2012 with experience in staff development and precepting new employees. Olivia has been with BAYADA since 2016. Olivia started as a field nurse and transitioned into the office as an aspiring nurse in 2017. Olivia was promoted to Clinical Manager in 2018 and supervises field staff, provided education to seasoned and new learner, and trains new employees.
