  • state the benefit of taking action on feedback

Rochelle Harbick

Rochelle has been with BAYADA since 2008 in the role of Director. To date, she has been responsible for 3 different offices. She has an extensive background in training, conflict management, recruiting, marketing, finance and staff development.

Sherry Hoppe

Sherry has been with BAYADA for 10 years.  She has gained extensive experience in management and leadership during her 25 year career in home health care.  Her nursing experience includes being a hand-on caregiver and clinical manager supervising health care professionals at all levels.  She is also an award-winning facilitator of leadership and operational programs for health care professionals in the health care field.
