      Cay Ambrose, RN, CRRN

      Cay has been a registered nurse working in Home care for over 20 years.  She has been a certified rehabilitation nurse (CRRN) for over 20 years as well. Cay has extensive experience working with clients with multiple disabilities and chronic illnesses. As a field RN she has cared for trach and ventilator dependent clients, as well as  ALS, MS, SCI, TBI, CP, MD and stroke clients. Cay transitioned into a manager position and then supervised other RNs, LPNs, and HHAs on cases with multiple disabilities/illnesses.  In 2006 Cay began working with pediatric clients for special needs equipment and maintaining their safety in the home. She is currently Director of Clinical Programs where she manages a team of rehab nurses who are CRRNs who provide consultation to home care offices within the company on policy, case management, client and employee safety, and equipment needs. Cay is part of the fit test management team train the trainer team for the Skilled Nursing Unit.

      Paula Booker, MSN, RN

      Paula holds a degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist Educator. She has been a nurse for 30 years.  She has worked with surgical trauma patients including those with tracheostomies and ventilators in a level 1 trauma hospital.  She has taught in a baccalaureate nursing program as the skills lab instructor. Paula has been an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at 2 different baccalaureate nursing schools where she supervised students on med-surg, rehab, neuro, and oncology units in the hospital.  She was a nurse manager in a veteran's hospital where she was accountable for a 36 bed medicine-oncology unit and 30 employees including RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel.  Paula joined BAYADA in 1999 as a field nurse then in 2000 became a supervisor.  She manages the ANCC accreditation for nurses and is a facilitator for corporate on-boarding.  Paula currently is assisting the respiratory program administrator with overseeing the fit testing process for BAYADA's respiratory protection program.

      Kimberly Flores, MSN, RN

      Kim joined BAYADA in 2006 and she has fulfilled multiple roles.  Most recently providing litigation support for general and professional liability claims with Legal Services.  She also held roles as Director of Quality Assurance, Pediatrics, a Quality Assurance Surveyor, a Clinical Manager, and a field nurse.  Kim is active on several internal committees with her organization and facilitates employee training classes.  She considers herself to have been very fortunate over the years to have been able to work and learn from institutions like Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, Bristol Myer Squib Children's Hospital in New Brunswick, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Temple University Children’s Medical Center. Kim has been licensed as an RN in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1993.  Kim is a key member of the enterprise COVID-19 support team assisting with exposures and the enterprise fit test management train the trainer team.

      If course is cancelled:
