This course will enhance your knowledge and improve your clinical documentation skills.  Come learn about common mistakes not to make and why what you do not document is important as well.

Criteria for Successful Completion of Activity to claim CE Certificate

Alyson Bolton, RN, CPN
Alyson Bolton has been a registered nurse for over 30 years specializing in the care of medically fragile children and is a Certified Pediatric RN. She began her career working with individuals with developmental disabilities and in subacute rehabilitation at Children’s Specialized Hospital and transitioned to Pediatric Home Health care in 1996. She has worked for Bayada since then, starting as a field nurse working one on one with high tech clients and was then promoted to clinical manager in 2006 overseeing the complex medical needs of over 40 specialized technology dependent children. During this time, she provided guidance and counseling to field nurses regarding documentation and was involved in the QA process of examining nursing documentation for the Hackensack Pediatric office. Alyson is currently the Divisional Nurse Recruiting Manager for the REV division of Bayada Pediatrics and is constantly seeking qualified candidates to care for very special clients at Bayada.
