The goal of BAYADA Home Health Care is to provide safe client care during the Home Health Care episode, while teaching the client and/or family how to manage this care after the Home Health Care is discontinued.

When reading through the course manual, you will notice that several of the scenarios are “home-care” based; meaning that the clinician might be in a client’s home for several hours, or a “shift.”  Home Health Care is “visit-based” and much shorter in length.  BAYADA Home Health Care recognizes these differences.  The content and scenarios in this manual can be used in either setting, shift or visit care.
